Carolyn Earthy
Vice President
Carolyn has advised companies on investor relations matters and legal issues for more than 10 years. She has worked across multiple industries preparing financial communications, fundraising and due diligence materials.

Before joining FNK IR, Carolyn was a Vice President of Investor Relations at Avista Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm. Previously, she was an attorney with Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe in San Francisco and Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. She started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse.

Carolyn graduated with distinction from Cornell University and received her JD from Stanford Law School.
