Chris is based in London and brings over 20 years of global experience as an Investor Relations professional and financial analyst. Chris has previously worked in Investor Relations at Thomson Reuters (NYSE: TRI) at a time when the company was undertaking significant cross-border M&A, which required substantial shareholder and analyst education. In addition, he helped navigate complex multiple listing structures, elevated short interest and the presence of activist shareholders. Chris also held the role of Head of IR at Euromoney Institutional Investor (London: ERM) as the company conducted a strategic review of its largest division, while communicating with investors regarding the global pandemic and its impact on the business.

 

Chris’s background is as a sell-side equity research analyst at institutions including Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank. Throughout his sell-side career he has focused on information services, internet and media companies, with coverage across the UK and Continental Europe, having also been the lead analyst on multiple IPOs.

 

Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
