Jeremy Pinchot
Director of ESG

Jeremy brings significant capital markets and ESG experience to FNK IR. Most recently, he served as VP of Strategic Initiatives and as a Compliance Officer for Ranger Capital Group based in Dallas, TX, where chaired Ranger's ESG Advisory Committee and led the integration of ESG into Ranger’s investment process.

Jeremy holds several ESG related certifications including:

  • United Nations Institute for Training and Research Natural Resources Certification

  • Climate Disclosure Standards Board Disclosure Certification

Before joining Ranger, Jeremy spent 12 years as an equity analyst and Co-Director of Research for Monness, Crespi & Hardt, a NY-based boutique equity research firm. Subsequently, he worked in senior roles as an equity analyst with Gilford Securities and as an SVP for ICR, a global investor relations firm where he prepared management teams for IPOs and Reg. FD compliance. 


Prior to joining Ranger Capital Group, Jeremy was a Managing Director in investment banking for ThinkGreen Global Advisors where he advised on merger and acquisitions and debt and equity raising in the cleantech, renewable energy, and defense technology industries. Jeremy started his professional career in Washington, DC in media strategy and advertising, crisis and risk management advisory roles for political candidates, US government agencies, foreign governments, associations and large corporations. 


Jeremy is a member of the North Texas Field Office of InfraGard. InfraGard is a cybersecurity partnership between the FBI, other government agencies and the private sector. He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with dual degrees in History and Journalism. 

In terms of ESG, Jeremy has spent much of his life amidst family environmental projects including sustainable cattle and vegetable farming, sustainable forestry and, as a former board member of the Pinchot Institute for Conservation, with financial aspects of conservation projects in the US and Ecuador. Currently, he is the Managing Partner of Bull Moose Farms, a nascent sustainable farming project in Milford, Pennsylvania.
