Rob Fink
Managing Partner

Rob Fink is the founder and managing partner of FNK IR. He is a capital markets strategist with more than 20 years of investor relations, value investing and market making experience, providing counsel to more than 100 public companies. 

 

Rob has spent much of his career focused on smaller, under-appreciated public companies with limited liquidity and fragmented shareholder bases that are under-followed and under-valued.  He maintains a deep-seated network of fundamental investors at mutual funds, hedge funds, banks and family offices that focus on value and growth investing in the micro-and small-cap markets.

 

Prior to founding FNK IR, Rob was Managing Director and General Manager of Hayden IR’s New York office, and he served as the Managing Director of the Investor Relations Practice of KCSA Strategic Communications. 

 

Prior to that, Rob managed a small-cap value and event driven special situations portfolio at RBC Capital Markets. He also worked as a trader and analyst for Goldman Sachs and on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange as a market maker for Spear Leeds and Kellogg Specialists.

 

Rob earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Hofstra University.
